Section 1 — What Information We Collect

When you book a call with us or become a client, we collect the details you share, such as your name, clinic name, phone number, email address and city, along with anything else relevant to our conversations and services.

When you browse our website, we automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. This helps us understand how the site is used.

When we run ads for a client clinic, patients who enquire fill in that clinic's landing page or ad form. Those enquiry details are passed to the clinic so its team can contact the patient. We use them only to deliver and measure that clinic's campaigns, and the clinic is responsible for how it uses them after that.

Section 2 — How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule calls, deliver our services, send you reports and updates about your campaigns, and improve our website.

With your permission, we may also send you occasional messages about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Section 3 — Consent

How do we get consent? When you give us your details to book a call or engage our services, you agree to us collecting and using them for that purpose.

If we want to use your details for another reason, such as marketing, we will ask you first or give you a clear way to say no.

How can I withdraw consent? You can withdraw your consent, or ask us to correct or delete your information, at any time by writing to us at contact@adynext.com.

Section 4 — Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers we need to run our business and your campaigns, such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp and our website hosting provider, and only as much as they need to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Section 5 — Payments

Client payments are made by UPI or bank transfer. We do not collect or store card details on this website. We keep invoice and payment records for as long as the law requires.

Section 6 — Third-Party Services

Our website and campaigns use tools from third parties such as Google (including Google Ads and Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook and Instagram, including the Meta Pixel) and WhatsApp. These companies have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read.

Once you leave our website or are taken to a third-party website or app, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.

Section 7 — Cookies

We and our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure our ads. Cookies are small files stored on your device.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the site may not work properly.

Section 8 — Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

Section 9 — Age

Our website and services are meant for adults. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Section 10 — Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the date at the top will show when it was last updated.

If our business is merged with or acquired by another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they can continue to serve you.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, write to us at contact@adynext.com or call +91 81529 51057 or +91 89791 75572.
